Annually our pharmacies serve over 500,000 customers, dispense over 400,000 prescriptions and employ over 100 staff members.

One could say Joseph has been a pioneer pharmacist in Melbourne , a practicing pharmacist with over 30 years ownership experience. Joseph’s retail pharmacy experience extends to owning large format shopping centre pharmacies to specialist medical centre pharmacies. From operating the biggest turnover pharmacy in Victoria to being one of the first pharmacies to trade 9am-9pm , 7 days a week , Joseph has seen the evolution of community pharmacy to what it is today. Joseph is able to provide an innovative, corporate and structured planning to the BMF group in its aim to achieve market growth success.
Con has been a practicing pharmacist for over 20 years, with 18 years ownership experience. Con is energetic, passionate and driven on managing all aspects of the pharmacy business, with focus on professional services across the group, retail growth and business management. His broad experience in retail pharmacy, strong commercial skills and sense are able to drive the BMF Pharmacy Group forward.
John-Paul brings to BMF over 18 years of pharmacy experience. He has a talented eye for future trends and a flare for delivering exceptional customer experiences. He has a backgroud of managing the health needs of people from a diverse cross section of society and the socio-economic spectrum. ‘It’s all about people. Our constant innovation focused on the customer is our differentiating principle.’ It is with these skills that John-Paul delivers to the BMF group the highest level of consumer empathy.
